The Senior Accountant supports corporate consolidation and division functions along with processing and recording bi-Monthly payroll.  Performs daily and monthly accounting transactions and activities to support the Corporate and Divisional Financial functions.


  • Chart of Accounts management and integrity
  • Maintains GL account mapping and consistency across all divisions
  • Performs monthly division consolidation and analysis
  • Prepares compliance and financial reports for internal and external customers
  • Provides analytical and accounting support to management
  • Provides continuous review of business transactions for P&L impact
  • Performs Intercompany account reconciliations
  • Processes Payroll and performs Payroll Analysis
  • New vendor Compliance reviews, OFAC checks
  • Assists Accounting management as needed along with assigned projects
  • Provides External/Internal audit support
  • Performs research, analysis, and review of monthly financial information
  • Completion of Monthly/quarterly/annual business tax reporting

  • Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle critical deadline demands

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BBA/BBS Accounting Degree from an accredited university
  • Language Skills: English
  • 3 years of Accounting Experience in a highly structured environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must pass credit, reference, and background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Database experience
  • NAV experience
  • Advanced experience with Excel
  • JET Reports Design experience
